He served Indian Army for 18 years during which he handled various crucial projects and he was managed to complete manpower detail in unit activity as a grass root level. He was completed entrepreneurship of Small & Medium Business Management degrees and diploma in data management system after retirement from defense service . He is two years work as a Trainer ,Assessor and Geo state auditor in various skill development program in central /state Govt. projects . He is also service with Aelis Enterprise Learning & Implementation Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as Sr. manager Training & Operation and state head West Bengal. He was associates training partner with Aelis Pvt. Ltd wef 2014 for participating the various skill development project in central/ state govt.

He is contribute meaningful growth and success of the organization by undertaking challenging jobs and implementation of various projects. Mr samim’ successfully handle the admission management from 2013 to 2016 for mother Teresa college Of education B.Ed. and Sri Raghavendra college of education B.Ed. He handled interacting with students regarding different educational issues and guidance for competitive examination of state and central government. He was also worked in college management system as consultant of career guide. He is also strong capability of Mobilization management and best counsellor to counselling the various type of students for successful training to placement.
