B.Ed in Commerce Eligibility Criteria

There are some of the basic academic and eligibility requirements which the candidates must fulfil in order to get eligible for admission into B. Ed in Commerce course. The eligibility criteria which candidates must fulfil in order to get admission to B. Ed in Commerce are given below:

  • The student must have passed 10+2 or an equivalent level examination in any stream from a recognised school/board.
  • In the 12th or the equivalent exam, the student must have acquired a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for the reserved candidates) in the 12th exam.
  • For some universities, the students have to qualify the entrance exam and interview conducted by the respective universities.

Admission Process

The admission process for B. Ed in Commerce depends on the various factors. While some of the colleges allow for direct admission to the course on the basis of merit of the student in the 12th exam, for admission to some other colleges, the students have to clear an entrance test which s conducted by the university/college. After the application for admission is completed, the students will be communicated the date and day of the entrance exam in which they have to appear. The exam will be conducted in order to test the basic knowledge of the student in 12th level subjects for the admission. After qualifying the entrance test, the student will be called for the counselling process where the students will have to get their documents verified, pay the admission fee and complete the admission formalities for the course.

B.Ed in Commerce Course Fee

In India, the overall course fee for admission to B.Ed in Commerce varies from colleges to colleges. The amount of fee for the course depends on the type of college, the infrastructure, and the facilities available. It also depends on the type of college. A private college will have a higher fee as compared to a government college. On average, the overall fee for B. Ed in Commerce course is somewhere between 60k to 1 LPA.
